1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website (georgiosnikitas.github.io) or use Products sold by Georgios Nikitas ("Developer", "I", "me"), and how that information is handled. I am committed to keeping your data minimal and private.

2. What I Collect Directly

This website does not collect personal data directly. There are no sign-up forms, no cookies set by me, no analytics scripts, and no tracking pixels on this site. The site is a static HTML page hosted on GitHub Pages.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and referring page as part of standard server logging. This data is governed by GitHub's Privacy Statement. I do not have access to these server logs.

4. Payments & Purchase Data

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes:

Your name and email address
Billing address and payment details
Transaction records (product purchased, amount, date)
Tax-related information (VAT ID, country) as required by law

I receive your name, email address, and license-key information from Lemon Squeezy so that I can provide product support. I do not receive or store your full payment details (credit card number, etc.). Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy.

5. Product Data Storage

All Products are designed to keep your data local. No Product sends data to servers I operate. Depending on the Product, data is stored on your computer's file system, in your browser's local storage, or on your mobile device. Specific storage details are described on each Product's page.

Some Products may be deployed as static sites on third-party platforms (e.g. Cloudflare Workers, GitHub Pages). These platforms may collect standard request logs as described in their respective privacy policies.

6. Third-Party Services & AI Providers

Certain Products may connect to third-party services such as AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Ollama, or OpenAI-compatible endpoints) that you configure with your own API keys or credentials. When you use these services:

Data is sent directly between the Product on your device and the third-party service's API.
I do not intercept, proxy, store, or have access to this data.
Your API keys and credentials are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to me.
The third-party service's privacy policy and data-handling practices apply to that data exchange.

7. Email Communication

If you contact me via email at georgiosnikitas@gmail.com, I will use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry or provide product support. I do not add you to any mailing list. Emails are processed through Google (Gmail), subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. Third-party services involved in the purchase flow (Lemon Squeezy) may set their own cookies on their domains during checkout.

9. Third-Party Links

This site contains links to third-party websites (GitHub, LinkedIn, Reddit, Lemon Squeezy, YouTube, etc.). I am not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please review their privacy policies separately.

10. Children's Privacy

My Products are not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data associated with your purchase. Since Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, most purchase-related data requests should be directed to Lemon Squeezy.
