1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software products ("Products") offered by Georgios Nikitas ("Developer", "I", "me") through this website (georgiosnikitas.github.io) and the Lemon Squeezy storefront at georgiosnikitas.lemonsqueezy.com. By purchasing or using any Product you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Products include downloadable tools, command-line applications, mobile apps, and web applications. All Products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, features, and system requirements are detailed on the main website.

3. Payment & Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, VAT / sales-tax calculation and collection, invoicing, and receipt generation on my behalf. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Prices are listed in EUR and displayed excluding VAT. Lemon Squeezy will calculate and add any applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout based on your location.

4. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product under the scope described in its listing. License types vary by Product (e.g. single-user personal license, single small-business license) and are specified on each Product's page.

The license covers the purchased major version. Updates within that major version are included at no extra charge. Major-version upgrades (e.g. v1 → v2) may require a separate purchase.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Product, except where applicable law expressly permits.

5. Delivery & Activation

After a successful purchase through Lemon Squeezy, you will receive a license key by email. Each Product includes a built-in activation screen where you paste the license key to unlock it. Delivery channels vary per Product (e.g. npm / Homebrew for CLI tools, hosted web application, App Store / Google Play for mobile apps) and are described on each Product's page.

6. Third-Party Services & AI Providers

Certain Products may require or integrate with third-party services such as AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Ollama, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint). Where applicable, you are solely responsible for:

Obtaining and maintaining your own API keys or subscriptions with the chosen AI provider.
Any costs or fees charged by the AI provider for API usage.
Complying with the AI provider's terms of service and usage policies.

I do not control, proxy, or store your AI provider credentials or the data exchanged between the Product and the AI provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All Products, including source code, design, documentation, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Georgios Nikitas. Your license grants usage rights only — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, any Product. My total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

11. Modifications

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of any Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
