Refund Policy

1. Free Demo & Try Before You Buy
All Products are available in a free, lifetime demo mode so you can evaluate the full experience before purchasing a license. Because every buyer has the opportunity to try the product at no cost before paying, refunds are limited to the specific situations described below.
2. Digital Products
All Products are digital goods delivered electronically via license key. By completing a purchase you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you have already evaluated the product through the free demo.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the following situations:
- A regression introduced by a product update causes a critical defect that prevents the Product from functioning as previously described, and the issue cannot be resolved through support.
- You were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate charge).
- You did not receive your license key after purchase and the issue cannot be resolved.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase — a free demo was available for evaluation before buying.
- You did not read the product description, system requirements, or feature list before purchasing.
- Issues caused by your AI provider (e.g. API key errors, API costs, provider downtime) — AI provider usage is your responsibility as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
- Incompatibility with your system when the system requirements were clearly listed on the product page.
- You purchased the wrong product (e.g. Brain Break CLI instead of Brain Break Mobile, or vice versa).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email georgiosnikitas@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your order number or license key, the product name, and a brief description of the reason for the refund.
- I will review your request and respond within a few business days.
6. Refund Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must cease using the Product.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including rights under EU consumer law where applicable.
